Lucent Capital

Lucent Capital is a Beverly Hills-based commercial real estate capital markets and investment advisory firm. It advises clients across the U.S., Canada and Mexico, with over $8 billion in completed transactions. I built its WordPress website to present the firm’s credibility and services to investors, developers and lenders. The site has a professional homepage with a services section (debt capital, structured finance, equity capital, investment advisory, loan and REO sales, litigation support, infrastructure and energy, Mexico and Latin America), a transaction highlights showcase with deal size and asset details, and a client testimonials section. It also has team and about pages, a dedicated Mexico page, and a newsletter subscription. A “Get a Free Evaluation” popup form with account type selection and CAPTCHA protection helps the firm capture qualified leads.
